Let's start with some Kyushu-style snacks to accompany our toast.This is the first dish in our Kyushu cuisine culinary adventure.

■ Oita specialty: Toriten (chicken tempura)

Oita's specialty, toriten (chicken tempura), will also be available.In addition to horse sashimi and wagyu beef offal, you can also enjoy Oita's local cuisine all in one banquet.

■Seasonal Sashimi

Enjoy seasonal fish served as sashimi.As is typical of Kyushu pubs, please start with a drink and some fish.

■Kumamoto specialty: Assortment of horse sashimi

A platter of horse sashimi, a specialty of Kumamoto.Enjoy a dish that's distinctly Kyushu, paired with Kyushu shochu or sake.

■Hakata specialty: Wagyu beef offal hot pot or Wagyu beef offal skewers

For the main course, you can choose between Hakata's famous Wagyu motsunabe (offal hot pot) or Wagyu motsuyaki (grilled offal).You can gather around a hot pot with everyone, or enjoy drinks while snacking on fragrant grilled offal.You can choose according to the type of party you're having that day.

■ Rice porridge or fried rice

For the final course, choose between rice porridge or fried rice.Enjoy a banquet filled with plenty of drinks and Kyushu cuisine, right down to the final dish.
