■Two kinds of Kyushu delicacies

First, to accompany our toast, here are two dishes that evoke the feeling of Kyushu.This marks the start of our banquet, where we will now enjoy Kyushu cuisine.

■Homemade Mentaiko Mackerel Potato Salad

A unique potato salad combining mackerel and mentaiko (spicy cod roe).This dish combines ingredients typical of Kyushu, making it a perfect accompaniment to alcoholic beverages.

■Miyazaki specialty: Chicken Nanban

Miyazaki's specialty, Chicken Nanban, is also included as part of the course menu.You can enjoy the flavors of various regions of Kyushu, including fish, horse sashimi, and wagyu beef offal, all in one banquet.

■ Assortment of carefully selected pickles

After enjoying plenty of food and drinks, we had a platter of pickles.It's perfect as a palate cleanser after the main course.

■Seasonal Sashimi

Enjoy seasonal fish served as sashimi.Enjoy a drink and some fish – a truly Kyushu-style pub experience.Our regular menu also features sashimi delivered directly from fishing ports in Kyushu.

■Kumamoto specialty: Assortment of horse sashimi

A must-try Kumamoto specialty on a Kyushu night: a platter of horse sashimi.Enjoy a dish that's distinctly Kyushu while pairing it with shochu or sake.

For the main course, choose between Wagyu beef offal hot pot or Wagyu beef offal skewers.You can gather around a steaming hot pot with everyone, or enjoy drinks while snacking on fragrant grilled offal.You can choose according to the type of party you're having that day.

■ Rice porridge (to finish off a hot pot meal) or fried rice (to finish off a grilled dish)

The meal is tailored to your chosen main course, right down to the final course.For motsunabe (offal hot pot), enjoy the savory flavor to the very last drop with rice porridge; for motsuyaki (grilled offal), have it with fried rice.This course is designed to be enjoyable even after you've finished the main dish.
